i attended Eric Leong's Charity Fashion Show organized by OfficialXS for the Nanyang Foundation on thursday(3rd). Venue? Mezze cafe, Tangs (Level2), Pavillion, Kuala Lumpur. was invited because I THINK, if im not mistaken, that my dad is the friend of the dad of the OfficialXS designer. yeah. i think that's right. anyway, my mum told me that the OfficialXS designer(i forgot his name lahhh, but i think it's Steven, is it?) is like 28 and he works at home. how nice. young, good looking, successful and, gets to work at home! felt so out of place considering we did not follow the dress code. dad didnt tell us anything about that so everyone was in white and black, and we were... like fish out of water, multicoloured. sigh. pictures ahead. =D

the managing director of OfficialXS, Steven(?)

what a way to decorate a runway

he was nice enough to look at my camera =D
let me sidetrack you people for awhile. i hav a theory.
sher's theory : if you're holding a big ass professional camera, then every fashion show you attend, the models will definitely look at you. no?
okay, back to the pictures.

i absolutely loved the ambience

eric leong : buy more! buy more! it's for charity!

auctioning the "i am a recyclist" shirt in a frame.

in red. dad actually asked me to bid for it, but i didnt want to. just looks wrong. a kid, bidding, for a shirt in a frame. O.o so he did it himself, RM350. but his friend topped it off with a bid of RM400. so, we didnt get the shirt. sigh. but i bought one la. its not in a frame tho, it's wearable. heh.

i bought the red "i am a recyclist" shirt, RM119.90.
it's available at TANGS (Pavillion, KL), Robinsons (The Gardens, KL), and other shops in Singapore. visit officialxs.com for more info
